About the Event
A huge part of self-confidence is acceptance of who we are both inside and out. Knowing what our strengths are, our weaknesses, what we look like, realistically, what we are particularly good at, what we suck at in a non-judgmental way. Just acknowledging: this is who I am and she's ok. She is enough. What a liberating feeling that is!
This workshop is meant to get you working on these two areas, so that you can stop the internal war you have with what your personality should be like and what your body should look like.
Our schedule will look like this. I will answer any specific questions in the Q&A.
