The current situation is putting our nerves to the test. If you feel overwhelmed, your emotions are all over the place, some days are ok and others are miserable, you find it difficult to focus or make decisions: I’m here to tell you, that’s normal and there’s something you can do about it.

In the first part of this workshop series I will share with you:

  2. What are your emotional triggers
  3. What you can do to improve your mood and be on top of the game
